Last weekend we packed the car and drove to Pensacola, Florida to attend my good friend Rachel's wedding. Rachel is just one of those people with a creative touch, so I knew her wedding was going to be right out of the pages of a Martha Stewart Weddings edition magazine. From the parasols for the guests during the ceremony, to throwing little beach balls during the wedding recessional, and then sending post cards in lieu of signing a guest book, all the little details made it such a special wedding. But more important than that, we witnessed the joining of two people in marriage and we are so happy for Rachel and Lee!
Anna did amazing during the long car rides and hardly made a peep. She went to the beach for the first time and looked so cute in her sunglasses. I am so glad my old roommates, Cara and Rachel, got to meet her! Hopefully they will both hurry up and have little ones so our kids can be roommates at UT also! ReplyDeleteIt was so great to see you guys and meet Anna at the wedding. We need to plan a TX trip soon so we can spend more time with you guys and baby Anna. Of course you know our "master plan" is to end up living in Texas near you guys one day! Thnaks again for making the long drive to Florida. It really meant a lot to us that you guys were there!
